Other Reminders

AP Exam Demo (available May 4): AP students should use the clickable exam demo to practice the different ways to submit their exam responses. The demo will help students confirm that their testing device will be able to access and run the online exam. If they can’t access the demo, the final slide of the Testing Guide can help them troubleshoot. The sample content in the demo will be the same for all users and isn't a practice exam. We’ll send educators and students an email to remind them when the demo is available.

A video walk-through of the test-taking experience will be available the week of May 4.

Online AP Classes and Review Sessions prep week: The week before exams, online AP classes will focus on the exam day experience and sample exam questions.

Due to the COVID-19 virus, this year's AP Exam will be different than any other year. Our exam will be at 1pm on Monday,May 18,2020. This year, we will only have two questions on our AP Exam. Question 1 will be a long FRQ based on "Interpreting and Evaluating Experimental Results." You will have 25 minutes to complete this quiestion. Question 2 is a short FRQ based on "Conceptual Analysis." You will have 15 minutes to complete this question and 5 minutes to upload your answers. Please watch all of the videos that I will coninue to share in Google Classroom. Parents, here is a great video to watch with your student on this year's exam changes. Once you click on the link, you will be directed to register that you are watching the video. Video

Parents and Students: This is a challenging class that requires each student to come to class every day prepared to engage in the learning process. Each student is expected to read the corresponding online notes for Homework every night before coming to class the next day. Students needing additional help are encouraged to go to YouTube, type in Bozeman biology and the concepts from our notes. Remember, Google is your friend. If there is a concept in the notes that you do not understand, circle it, Google it, watch Bozeman Biology, and bring it up in class as we cover the materials. I am looking forward to a great year.
